I called the agency on Friday afternoon about 4pm after another agency struggled to bind a basic homeowners policy and kept delaying the process. Peter called me back within minutes, took a look at my policy and gathered the necessary information. He was knowledge and thoughtful in explaining my options. And, he came up with a strategy the other agency failed to consider during 3 weeks of conversations. He promised to deliver a quote on Monday, which he did. And with the help of his team got better pricing and better coverage. And made the process easy. They issued the policy Monday night and saved me over $1600.
